The Titans did a great job with both of their first-round selections in the 2026 NFL Draft. Drafting both Carnell Tate and Keldric Faulk. As they look to develop both of those players, the same can be said about the players drafted in rounds two and five.

Round 2, Pick 60: Anthony Hill Jr., LB, Texas

Hill Jr. went under the radar at this year’s draft, dropping to pick number 60 late in the second round. Hill had less of an impact in 2025 than in 2024, but his overall numbers over two years at Texas are still impressive.

Hill Jr. totaled 95 tackles, to go along with 12 sacks, three interceptions, and two forced fumbles. Hill Jr. is a three-down linebacker who could be a solid depth piece or starting at middle linebacker on most teams, providing great pass coverage and solid run support.

The Titans are weak at the linebacker position, and a player like Hill Jr. is the best thing they could ask for. They will pair him with Cody Barton, former Browns linebacker Mohamoud Diabate and breakout star Cedric Gray from last season.

This is a win now, and start now move for the Titans as they look to fill the gap at the middle linebacker position, one of their biggest struggles from last year. With Hill getting immediate NFL action, the Titans may have found themselves a starting linebacker for the next four years.

Round 5, Pick 142: Fernando Carmona, OG, Arkansas

Carmona had a solid college career with two full seasons at San Jose State and Arkansas. He played in 49 games over the last two seasons, including all 25 games at Arkansas. He was an All-Mountain West selection at San Jose and paved the way for the Arkansas offense this year.

Arkansas averaged 460 yards per game with Carmona as one of their more important guards, which was top-10 nationally, and had six 500-yard games.

Carmona played an impressive 700+ snaps in 2025 and only committed six penalties all year. Carmona may not be a starter, but he will serve as a solid depth piece under one of the better left tackles in football, Peter Skoronski.

Round 5, Pick 165: Nicholas Singleton, RB, Penn State

Singleton had a solid college career at Penn State and is looking to translate that to the NFL with the Titans. Although Singleton had a career low in rushing yards this year, he did have 13 rushing touchdowns, the most in his career.

Singleton’s college career isn’t defined by a single season, as he rushed for 1,000 yards multiple times, ending with almost 3,500 for his career. He added 54 scrimmage touchdowns and nearly 1,000 yards receiving as well.

The Titans now have four quality backs on their roster: Tony Pollard, Tyjae Spears, Singleton and Michael Carter. I can’t see the Titans moving on from Pollard, but I could see them trading Spears, in part due to his injury history over the last two years.

This would make Singleton RB2 and give him the chance to develop not only as the third-down back, but as a rusher in the NFL as well. Singleton can be a solid back in this league when used the right way. The Titans are giving him that opportunity, but how they use him will be a mystery. Titans fans should look forward to seeing Singleton on the field, as it is a name they should get familiar with, real soon.
