A new season is on the horizon as the Titans have gone back to practice, and training camp is on the horizon. The Titans have assembled themselves a solid roster from free agency and the NFL draft. However, they still have some spots to fill, and these three free agents could be good fits heading into training camp

1. James Daniels -OG

The Titans still have some work to do to shore up the offensive line; the Titans will have some decent talent this year as they look to give Cam Ward as much time as possible to operate the offense.

Having a solid o-line starts with depth; the Titans did draft Pat Coogan in 2026, but bringing in guard James Daniels would be some extra help. The Dolphins released Daniels in February, and he has been looking for a team since.

A former second-round pick, Daniels brings in eight years of NFL experience with the Bears, Steelers, and Dolphins. Daniels is coming off a season-ending injury with the Dolphins last season, in which he played just one game.

Bringing in a vet with sure experience to help these younger players on the o-line doesn’t hurt; Daniels has been a decent player in his career and limits penalties. The Titans could definitely give him a shot with a PTO contract.

2. Kenny Moore-CB

Kenny Moore was one of the best corners in the league during his prime years in Indy, but ultimately the Colts saw his production weaken and they released him in 2025. After nine years with the team, Moore is looking for a new home and a solid landing spot for him would be Tennessee.

The Titans beefed up their secondary this offseason, signing guys like Cordale Flott and Alontae Taylor. However, Moore could be a good veteran depth piece that the Titans utilize. Moore averages around three to four interceptions per season, and not to mention 40+ tackles as well.

Moore is only 30 years old and still has some solid years left in his career, moving to the other side of the AFC with the Titans. Moore would be a key piece to any team, and combining that with Robert Saleh’s defensive scheme, Moore could be a diamond in the rough for the Titans.

3. Kyle Van Noy-LB

Kyle Van Noy. has had a great 12-year career with the Lions, Patriots, Dolphins, Chargers and Ravens. A one-time Pro Bowler and two-time Super Bowl champ, Van Noy is still a free agent with just a few months before the season begins.

Van Noy is still a valuable piece at the linebacker position, as he can make an impact with his pass rush or back in pass protection. In his age-35 season with the Ravens, Van Noy recorded two sacks, to go along with nine QB hits.

Van Noy also had four pass deflections and recorded one interception in 15 games with the Ravens. With the Titans developing some solid linebackers in Cedric Gray and Cody Barton and drafting Anthony Hill out of Texas, Van Noy would be a good player to coach up these young players, but also give them a boost off the bench.

Van Noy may not want to go to a rebuilding team, but the Titans could use his presence at the linebacker position going into the 2026 season.
